Symposium Registration includes pre-symposium tutorials, access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet dinner. (Proceedings provided online)

All the registration fees are exclusive of taxes like GST, payment gateway charges etc.

Mandatory requirement for inclusion of paper in IEEE proceedings/IEEExplore

At least one of the authors has to register before 15th October 2026 at the full AUTHOR rate (for AUTHORS of regular papers/posters/RDS/SRF) and present the paper at the symposium.
A student who is an author and presenter of an accepted paper MUST register as an AUTHOR.
Non-presenting co-authors may register at the Delegate rate.
An author having multiple manuscripts may present those manuscripts, however, must register as follows:
First manuscript- Full Author fee
Second and each subsequent manuscript- each one at an additional Delegate fee

Eligibility for Student Fee Registration

  • A student, who is the first author and presenter for an SRF/RDS paper, can register as a student.
  • Only a full-time bachelor, master, or Ph.D. student is considered in STUDENT category (a part-time student does NOT qualify for the student fee).

Registration for authors

  • The payment can be made using Indian National Rupee (INR) or US dollar rate as mentioned for the different categories.
  • The early registration deadline is 15th October 2026. This is also the deadline for all the authors to register.
  • Registration of at most ONE more additional paper(s) by the same author is available at the IEEE and symposium processing charges.

Participating delegate (For co-authors and other interested participants)

iSES invites non-presenting co-authors and all other interested persons to attend the Pre-symposium Tutorials, symposium, and its keynotes, plenary talk and technical sessions by registering at the “Delegate” rate. It provides an opportunity to grow a network with international peers and attend 100+ high-quality presentations in 5 days.

Terms & Conditions


Payment

  • Registration of an additional paper(s) does not include the attendance of co-authors or an extra conference kit. Co-authors may register at a Participating delegate fee.
  • All participants are requested to present a valid government ID before collection of their conference kit on site.
  • Invoices are generated online beforehand. As these are computer-generated, signatures are not required.

Confirmation

  • For online payments, an automated email will be sent to you.
  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
  • Please bring along the confirmation letter and present it on Registration-desk.

Cancellation policy

  • For authors of accepted papers, registration fees can NOT be refunded.
  • Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent by email to the Registration Chair.
  • Registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated dates for whatever reason, including the failure to obtain a visa.
