L. Thakral Best Paper Award of the IEEE International Symposium on Electronic Systems (IEEE \u2013 iSES)\u201d<\/strong> has been established to commemorate the life of <strong>Dr. K L Thakral<\/strong>, founding chancellor of Oriental University Indore. He was also instrumental in establishing the IETE Sub Center at Indore.<\/p>\n<p>The best paper will be awarded based on technical excellence.
