Panelists will bring in their experiences of how they got there, the life in industry\/academia, how they overcome the challenges and find a growth path, and what more can be done to encourage more women to be successful in life. Her team develops novel solutions and methodologies for compact modelling, and analog and digital design enablement.\u00a0Usha\u00a0holds an MS degree from Auburn University and a PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her professional interests include semiconductor technology development, reliability, compact modelling, and design enablement. Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from R.E.C Warangal and M .Tech from College of Engineering, Osmania University, and Ph.D. from JNT University.
